The Hyatt Regency Chicago boasts a wonderful lobby and dining options that are a delight. However, the room décor feels a bit outdated compared to the elegance of the common areas. The check-in process was slower than expected due to a system issue, but the staff remained attentive and cordial throughout. Overall, it’s a decent choice for convenience and comfort, but some room improvements would be appreciated.
